MPS ships within the Continental US Only. The shipping address must be a physical street address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is received for your shipment we will advise as soon as the information is available.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order we will ship you the part as soon as the item becomes available.
The estimated lead times are noted for products on our website. As many products are built to order they are not available for premium shipping methods.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please refer to the Manufacturer Warranty for all products.
Shortage and Damage
Shortage and Damage must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt or freight bill. Claims for incorrect shipments must be received in our office within 7 days of the shipment date as mentioned on the delivery receipt or freight bill.
