All products returned must be accompanied with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain this number, contact us at 800-666-4472 or [email protected]
When you receive your RMA Number:
Send all material with the issued RMA Number to the address provided at the time of return authorization.
Restocking Fee and Return Shipping
Products can be returned for credit or replacement within the first (30) days from the date of shipment from Major. There is a restocking fee of 20% that will be deducted from the credit amount. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fee that you paid on the order. Any request made for return of an item outside of the (30) days will not be accepted. Additional costs may apply in unusual circumstances (e.g. large order quantities) Products returned without an RMA number, not in resalable condition, and custom orders cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When returning items, please ensure the equipment is packaged as it was received to ensure a full credit is issued. All items being returned are subject to an inspection and may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the inspector.

- Reference the RMA number on your paperwork inside of the box.
- Write the RMA number down, so that you can easily check on status of the returned equipment.
